TEACHING AND BAR REVIEW EXPERTISE:
Nationally recognized as one of the country's leading bar examination experts, Professor Bracci has taught thousands of students, for over three decades, to pass bar examinations across the United States. He has himself taken and passed the bar examinations in numerous states including California, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Oregon and Pennsylvania.

Professor Bracci has taught and counseled students with BarBri, BarPassers, PMBR, and PLI, among other courses, consistently receiving the highest student ratings in large lectures, small group and individualized settings alike. Professor Bracci's expertise includes both substantive law teaching as well as examination technique.

In addition to his work with the foremost bar review courses, Professor Bracci has also been teaching in law schools since 1979. In his capacity as a law professor, Bracci has specialized in courses including contracts, criminal law, torts and real property. Professor Bracci was also the Academic Director for the law school divisions of several legal publishers and currently serves as the Associate Dean for First Year Programs and Professor of Law at Concord Law School.

Bruce LandauBruce G. Landau

LAW PRACTICE, TEACHING, AND BAR REVIEW EXPERTISE:
Bruce Landau has practiced law since 1976, and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, the United States District Court, and the Central, Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts of California.

Formerly the Assistant Dean at the Whittier College of Law, Bruce Landau joined the faculty of the University of West Los Angeles School of Law in 1981 and served as Law Professor at UWLA until his promotion to Dean in 1999. Professor Landau's law school courses include real property, contracts, wills and trusts, and remedies.

In addition to practicing law and teaching law school, Professor Landau has worked with several bar review courses and assisted hundreds of students on an individualized basis in preparing for and successfully passing the California Bar Exam.

Sara J. Berman-BarrettSara J. Berman-Barrett

LAW PRACTICE, PUBLICATIONS, AND TEACHING EXPERTISE:
Professor Berman-Barrett was admitted to the State Bar of California, the Central District of California and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and practiced law in Los Angeles before creating Performance Test Review ("PTR"). Initially offered at UCLA Extension, PTR was the first course devoted to preparing students for the performance test portion of the California Bar Exam. Since 1991, Berman-Barrett has authored several bar review course texts and lectured extensively on both the performance test and other substantive law subjects for BarPassers, West Bar Review, and Practicing Law Institute ("PLI").

Sara Berman-Barrett joined the faculty of the UWLA School of Law in 1997, and became an Lecturer at the Concord University School of Law in 2000. Her courses include criminal law, criminal procedure, criminal justice, legal writing and analysis, corporations, and community property. Berman-Barrett is also the co-author, along with UCLA Law Professor Paul Bergman, of Nolo.com's The Criminal Law Handbook: Know Your Rights, Survive the System and Represent Yourself in Court: How to Prepare and Try a Winning Case, which together have sold more than 60,000 copies nationwide.
